The 3DSWare logo that emerged on Nintendo website (Greece) is just a "trademark registration" and is not related to a real service. Due to technical problems the company that distributes Nintendo products in Greece has prepared an "alternative" image temporary.
The logo does not refer to any actual product or service it was only used to fill the gap of an image on the site. The company has apologized for any confusion.
Remember that Nintendo also has trademarked 3DSWare. The question is whether everything is just a simple marketing strategy or if Nintendo is really working on a service to 3DS along with DSiWare and WiiWare.
